Shipping policy

We ship to France and most of Countries in the European Union via Mondial Relay.

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

Shipping is free for orders over €200 if you choose the delivery method to locker or a parcel Pick-Up in France, Belgium, Italie, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain.

Handling time may vary depending on the product; please refer to each product page for specific lead times.

Tracking information is provided by email and is also available in your customer account.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If damage occurs after delivery, we are not liable, and no refund will be issued.

  • If the item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
