Refund policy

You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with French and EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• No product categories are excluded from returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process:

• A full refund (to your original payment method or via bank transfer), or

• A store credit, if you prefer.
